Join us for a workshop designed to teach you about somatic healing! You will understand body-based healing, nervous system regulation, and what it means to “be in your body”. Become more resilient, feel an ease with emotionality, and quiet the chatter of the mind. This workshop is interactive and includes meditation, integrative breathwork, and journaling.
