I see you! Because, I was you.
On my own journey through anxiety, grief, and chronic overwhelm, I discovered the life-changing power of breathwork, nervous system healing, and restoring the mind-body connection. When I finally learned how to create safety inside myself, everything shifted.
I learned that life is made up of a series of transitions but the safety we seek in uncertainty can only begin from within.
I believe that real relief starts when we feel safe in our own body. When we can breathe fully, calm the mind, and trust what we feel.
Today, I guide other ambitious women like you, to find that same sense of inner safety and freedom. Through somatic breathwork, nervous system regulation, and body-based practices, I help you:

Integrative Somatic Breathwork
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that allows you to quiet your mind, process emotion, and turn up the volume of your intuition. Great for: anxiety relief, emotional release, energetic reset, mind-body connection, and deep reconnection to self.
Integrative Somatic Healing
A blend of somatic experiencing, parts work, inner child healing, energy work, and nervous system regulation practices to meet you exactly where you are. Each session is guided by your intentions and offers space to process emotions, release stored tension, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Great for: nervous system regulation, processing emotions, inner child healing, and grounding into wholeness.

Each session is a trauma-informed space where all parts of you are welcome. Your anxiety, your emotions, your dreams, and everything in between.
We’ll often begin with grounding, breathwork, or mindfulness practices to help regulate your nervous system. From there, we’ll explore what’s alive in your body and mind through somatic inquiry, emotional processing, and intuitive guidance. No two sessions are the same. They unfold based on what your system needs most.

I use a holistic, integrative approach that blends somatic breathwork, nervous system regulation, and parts work. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we connect to our nervous system and create safety from within.
Together, we’ll draw from:
Somatic coaching + breathwork to regulate the nervous system and release stored emotion
Parts work + inner child healing to reparent and restore your sense of wholeness
Positive Psychology to build self-knowledge, strengths, and vision
Mindfulness, flower essences, and energy work to support integration
Each journey is co-created. We typically begin with a single session or consult to feel into alignment, and from there, craft a custom package based on your goals.
