No experience needed — just come as you are. I’ll guide you through every step.
What is Integrative Somatic Breathwork?
Integrative Breathwork is a guided 1:1 healing experience that blends conscious activating breathing with somatic guidance to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection.
In these sessions, your breath becomes the bridge between what you’re holding inside and the alchemy that’s ready to unfold.
You’ll be gently guided through a breath journey — layered with music, prompts, and somatic cues — so your body can soften, express, and process what’s been stuck beneath the surface.
This is more than just breathing.
It’s a return to presence.
It’s a return to your inner wisdom.
It’s a pause to feel, release, and remember your innate wholeness.
Who is This The Right Fit For?
You can be an experienced breather, or completely new to the modality! I’ve got you. These breathwork sessions are a good fit for you if:

What Can I Expect in a Session?
Each Integrative Breathwork session is 40 —75 minutes and is tailored to meet you exactly where you are — emotionally, energetically, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
Here’s what a session includes:
A brief check-in to set an intention and explore what’s present
Nervous system grounding and orientation to the breathwork process
A guided breath practice using conscious connected breath
Somatic prompts, intuitive cues, and music
Space for emotional release, imagery, movement, or stillness
Gentle return to the space and grounding
Reflection
Supportive suggestions for integration or aftercare

Lighter, calmer, or more spacious in your body
Emotional clarity or a sense of release
Increased self-awareness and connection
A deep exhale — like coming home to yourself
