Through Somatic Healing Sessions and Somatic Breathwork Sessions, I offer body-based support to help you regulate your nervous system, process emotion, and reconnect with a felt sense of safety, clarity, and wholeness.

60-minute 1:1 sessions that blend conversation with body-based practices to help you understand and regulate your emotional world.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK SESSIONS

60 minute 1:1 guided breathwork sessions to help you move through emotional heaviness, stress, or mental noise. No experience needed! You’re guided the entire time.

  • Get out of your head and into your body

  • Release built-up emotion and stress

  • Feel lighter, calmer, and clearer

  • Experience something more embodied than talking

  • Support through a transition or intense season
