  THE EMBODIED WOMAN is a six month journey towards overcoming limiting beliefs that are holding you back in your life, business, career, and/or relationships. You will be able to decrease stress and anxiety, increase your self-confidence, and take action towards living your most full, aligned, and authentic life.
At the beginning of our time together we will set your personal goals for where you desire to be in six months.
Includes: somatic healing, transformative breathwork, sound healing, flower essence, mindful self-compassion practices, and a deepening of the mind-body-soul connection.
