You’re invited to join a small circle of like-minded women for an intimate, 3-night harvest season retreat designed to help feel lighter, open, refreshed, and more alive! This retreat was created for you to ease anxiety, have fun, and nourish your soul. We’ll be doing this through somatic breathwork, hiking, sound healing, community, wellness meals, creativity, play, yoga nidra, connection with nature, and more!

Spending four days immersed in healing, nature, and soulful connection. At Return to Soul Retreat, you’ll let go of what no longer serves you and step into a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom. We’ll be experiencing:
Somatic Breathwork + Guided Workshops: Experience relief from anxiety, inner child healing, and manifestation practices for creating your life with intention.
Ayurvedic Wellness Meals: Enjoy private chef prepared meals that nourish both your body and soul.
Hiking in Local Preserve: Embrace breathtaking landscapes on one of my all time favorite trails!
Restorative Yoga Nidra: A manifestation workshop paired with a dreamy yogic sleep practice.
Mindfulness Practices: Guided meditation and journaling for curiosity, compassion, courage, and creativity.
Sisterhood Circles: Share, laugh, and connect deeply with like-minded women during our open sharing circles.
Intinerary.
October is a cyclical time of year, Harvest Season or Metal Season according to Five Element Theory. It’s a time to release, shed, and let go of. It’s a time for presence, connecting with our innate worth, and releasing what no longer serves you. Each day of The Return to Soul Retreat is thoughtfully designed with an intention in mind to help you to feel safe, grounded, restored, and empowered. The intentions will be fluid and blend together throughout the retreat.

Nestled in the Shawangunk Mountains of the Hudson River Valley, our bohemian inspired escape provides space to explore the local trails, connect with nature, and return to a place of peace and stillness.
When: Thursday, October 2nd to Sunday, October 5th
Where: Kerhonkson, New York
Why: To have fun connecting with like-minded women all on a journey to live a more fulfilled life and be courageous!
Investment: $1395+ depending on which room you choose. Payment plans available.
There will be time throughout the retreat to rest and relax, or be in connection with other attendees. You have full autonomy throughout the experience and are encouraged to listen to your body, your needs, and move at your pace. All activities are optional and fluid.
Accommodations
Rooms are selected on a first come, first serve basis. Each attendee has their own bed and options for shared rooms, or private rooms. If you need help selecting what is best for you, please let me know! Payment plans are available for all selections until August 31st.







Your Retreat Host
Hey there! I’m your retreat host, Rae! At the core of my work is allowing women to discover self-compassion, innate worth, and freedom. My mission is to help you self-regulate through connecting the mind, body, and breath, and empower you to reach your goals and desires.
I have a unique approach of blending somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, intuitive writing, flower essence, energetic practices, and sound healing to illuminate your inner wisdom. I believe that you have the answers within you, and you are your greatest source of healing.
I’m passionate about bringing a community of women together, the healing qualities of nature immersion, and strongly believe in the power of taking time to nourish yourself while on a retreat. Over the years I’ve attended many retreats myself and facilitated at yoga festivals. I am so excited to retreat together and create a sacred space for you to transform, relax, and have fun!

Yes! When booking, you have the option to pay in full or in monthly installments. Complete payments must be submitted by August 31st. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit card payment plans. I also accept Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

It is about a 2.5-3 hour drive from Long Island, New York. If you would like to fly, the closest major airport New York Stewart International Airport. It is about a 45 minute drive from the airport.

We get it - things happen! The Return to Soul Retreat is non-refundable, however, you can use any payments as credit towards 1:1 coaching, programs, or a future retreat.
